Doris provides mission critical retained search services to large and medium sized global companies in the Technology sector. She has 10 years of search experience in Asia Pacific and has personally completed 150 management assignments during her search career.

Typical positions she searches for are Regional Vice-Presidents, Managing Directors and Senior Functional Executives i.e. Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Human Resources Directors, Finance Directors and Legal Directors.

Prior to setting up this search practice in 2001, she was a Partner with TASA International, which was in 1998 acquired by TMP Worldwide Executive Search; subsequently spin off as Highland Partners and in 2006 acquired by Heidrick & Struggles.

Before entering search, she spent several years with Singapore Computer Systems, part of Temasek Holdings. As their Regional Manager, she had P&L responsibilities for their computer services business.

Prior to that, she had a successful track record in the sales and marketing of large scale Dun and Bradstreet Software in South East Asia.

Doris graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) through Price Waterhouse.
